From 10.00, you can participate in the exhibition of wild herbs of the period and in the walk through the olive groves with the collection of wild herbs. Followed by Show cooking by Professor LUCIANO LOSCHI, with whom we will discover typical dishes based on wild herbs and local products which, completed by the CARBONETTI organic extra virgin olive oil, will be accompanied by wines from local cellars.
